COVID-19

We are open normal office hours, but due to increasing cases of COVID in our area we are providing curbside services. WE ASK THAT ALL CLIENTS STAY IN YOUR CAR AND CALL THE OFFICE FROM THE PARKING LOT UPON ARRIVAL. If your pet requires examination or treatment we will bring them into the building but will ask that you stay in your vehicle. It is extremely important that you notify us if you have been ill or potentially exposed to someone that is sick. At this time it is uncertain if animals can contribute to the spread of COVID-19, but our staff will be using personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves, for now, to help minimize the risk of exposure.

With the current policies our phone lines have been much busier than normal. For REFILL REQUESTS, we ask that you call ahead or email (southerncarevet@gmail.com). We appreciate your continued patience as we try to keep our curbside services efficient and accommodate our clients.

Since COVID-19 can be spread by those not showing symptoms, we are taking these precautions now so that we can continue to be available for you and your pets. We are blessed to have great clients and patients. Together we can work to keep everyone safe and maintain our priority of your pet’s health.
